(1)大型装备再制造技术(Large equipment remanufacturing technology)
针对损伤或报废的矿山装备关键部件(包括:液压支架立柱、采煤机截割齿、刮板机溜槽、链轮等),开展装备再制造技术相关的制造热科学研究。在失效分析、寿命预测、全寿命周期费用分析的基础上进行再制造工程设计,开发高新表面工程技术、金属3D打印技术等先进制造技术,使其迅速恢复并超过原技术性能和价值,以形成再制造新装备或零部件。解决装备延寿、再制造及关键部件开发等重大课题中的关键技术难题。
Serving for the damage and failure key parts in the mining equipments including the legs of hydraulic powered support, the cutter of the shearer loader, pans, sprocket and so on, MTS is committed to research on manufacturing thermal science related to the remanufacturing technology. Based on life prediction, failure analysis and life cycle cost, remanufacturing engineering is to be deigned. Various advanced manufacturing technology, such as high-tech surface engineering and metal 3D printing technology, will be developed. The objective of MTS is to use the advanced methodologies to deal with the problems of life extension, and remanufacturing of equipment. Also MTS provide much help in the exploitation of vital parts in the significantly important project.
(2)过程装备节能技术(Energy-saving technology of process equipments)
针对过程装备(煤化工、电力、石油炼制、乳品加工、水泥等高能耗行业)所涉及的风机、空气冷却器、焦化设备、预热器等在运行以及维护过程存在的积垢、磨损、腐蚀等问题,开展过程装备领域的制造热科学研究。
围绕这些关键部件的表面状态,开展积垢类型、磨损形式、腐蚀产物种类的相关性研究,解决过程装备在运行以及维护过程存在的积垢、磨损、腐蚀等应用基础问题。
MTS is committed to research on manufacturing thermal science related to process equipment fields ,involved in many high energy consumption industries fields such as coal chemical, electric power, oil refining, dairy processing, cement and other energy-intensive industries, spans from fouling to wear and corrosion in the operation and maintenance process of process equipments, including to fan, air cooling, coking equipment, preheater, etc.
Fouling types, wear forms and corrosion products is conducted in view of the surface situation of key parts. The objective of the investigation was to solve the fundamental problems about fouling, wear, corrosion appeared in equipment operation and maintains.
